Until then, to assist you in preparing for the Assessment, here are some answers to your most pressing questions!
Following the overview information on the Assessment are your first tasks to prepare, including a link to access your prework.
Please take the time to work through each task carefully as it will prepare you to bring your best to the Assessment!

Why is the CAC valuable?

For the company

All leaders are measured against the same criteria in a fair and objective process.

The company builds a diverse succession pipeline across business lines.

The Assessment Center (AC) measures your performance in current tasks and your potential for future roles.

For you

You will gain broader visibility across the top positions of the company.
 

You have the possibility to qualify for one of those positions.

 
An Assessment Feedback Session and a 15-page report about your performance will provide many tips on how to develop further.

Your learning and development will be discussed and planned out with you.

What will happen during the Assessment?

Overview

  • Intense 3 day event.
  • DAY 1 & 2: Exercises with Experienced Assessors.
  • DAY 3: Assessment Feedback Session & Debriefing.

You are supported

  • Assessors will guide you through the day and provide you with all the details and instructions for each exercise.
  • Technical advisors are in the background to step in should there be any issues.
  • The Aramco team serves as your hosts and will ensure you feel comfortable.

Exercises

  • Simulated meetings
  • Meetings with a stakeholder, peer or direct report, in fictitious setting.
  • Interview
  • Questions around your job experiences and daily challenges.
  • Analyse Business Data
  • Business challenges to be solved based in a fictitious company.
  • Presentation
  • Explain and present your solutions for the business analysis.

Technology

  • The day will be run as a digital, virtual assessment center using our digital assessment platform.
  • Please take some time in the prework to familiarize yourself with the platform.
  • You will have a computer in your own personal room to use during the event.
  • If you prefer to use headphones, then bring your own!
